Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the PDF tools on priyaonline.com. If you do not agree, do not upload a file. Last updated 5 October 2026.
The service
PriyaOnline provides browser tools to edit, mark, organise, compress and convert PDFs. The editor you open from the site, with its ribbon and side tools, is the product. Results depend on the file you upload and the controls you set. A download means the server finished that job. It does not mean a court, university, bank or government portal will accept the file. Open the download and check it before you send it.
Your files and your permission
You confirm that you have the right to upload and change each file. Do not upload material that is illegal, that infringes copyright, or that contains personal data you are not allowed to share. You keep ownership of your documents. We receive a temporary copy only to run the tool.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, probe other people's accounts, overload the service with automated requests, or use the tools to forge an official document, hide a fraud, or remove another person's copyright notice in order to pass their work off as yours. We may refuse a request that breaks these terms.
Free use and Premium
Guests and free accounts have a daily number of finished jobs and a daily data limit. Premium removes that daily cap for the period you paid for. Prices shown on the page are the prices charged through Razorpay. A plan does not include legal review of your document.
Accounts
Keep your password private. You are responsible for jobs started from your account. Ask us to close an account by emailing priyachandan1350.pc@gmail.com.
No guarantee of a particular result
The tools are provided as they are. Fonts, scans, tables and complex layouts may not convert perfectly. OCR can misread a letter. Compression can soften a stamp or a QR code. You should keep the original file until you have checked the download.
Advertising
Free use may be supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are not part of the editor. Clicking an ad is never a step in saving a PDF.
Changes
Tools, limits and these terms can change as the service is improved. The page you are reading is the current text. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
