Open the editor and save

1. On the home page choose Open PriyaPDF Tools.
2. Pick Edit PDF and choose your file. The page opens with the ribbon on top and the tool list on the left.
3. Click the text you want to change, or choose a tool such as Highlight, Whiteout, Sign or Crop.
4. Press Save PDF. The browser downloads PriyaChandan_Edited.pdf. The original file on your computer is not overwritten.
5. Open the download and check the page before you submit it anywhere.

Ctrl+S (or Command+S) saves. Ctrl+Z undoes the last change when you are not typing inside a text box. Dragging a box or a signature follows the pointer once per frame so the page stays responsive.

Text, Hindi and find

Edit Text selects a real text line. Type, then click outside the line or press Enter. Font, size, colour, bold and italic apply to the selected line. Hindi and other Indian scripts are embedded on save, so a line such as “प्रिया” stays readable. Find jumps to the next page that contains the word. Replace all prepares a change for every match; Save PDF writes it into the file.

Marks and privacy boxes

Highlight, underline and strike are drag boxes. Note uses the text in the Note field. Redact draws a black box; Save PDF removes the text under that box instead of only hiding it. Redact matches does the same for every place the Find word appears. Whiteout covers an area with white and does not promise that the old text is gone from the file. Use Redact when the information must actually be removed.

Pages

Rotate turns the current page 90 degrees in the preview and on save. Duplicate and Blank insert a page after the current one. Delete page drops that page, but the file always keeps at least one page. Crop keeps the rectangle you drag. Page numbers, header, footer, watermark and page border are written when you save. Watermark accepts words or a picture. Drop blanks removes pages that are nearly empty and always leaves one page. Password locks the download with AES-256. Remember the password; the site does not store it for you.

If a button says the free limit is finished

Guests and free accounts can finish a set number of jobs per day, and there is a daily size limit. Sign in to use the free account limit. Premium removes the daily cap for the paid period. A failed job that never downloaded does not count as a success. Wait until the next day, or use the account you already paid for.

Image tools

Photographs, signatures, passport sizes and background tools open on image.priyaonline.com. Choose the tool, adjust the sliders while the preview updates, then Process & Download. The preview is drawn in the browser. The download uses the same choices at a finer size.

About the ads

A free visit may show an advertisement from Google AdSense. The ad is labelled and sits outside the ribbon. It is not a download button. You do not have to click it. If you are asked for an ad preference, that choice is yours. Questions about a charge or a tool still come to the email above, not to the advertiser.
